I'll help you understand what skills, knowledge and relationships you need to develop to enable you to shine in your new role. We'll create a plan to achieve your goals, and I'll provide you with a safe space to reflect on your progress, achievements and development areas.

This 1:1 coaching programme will enable you to shine in your new leadership role, while maintaining your energy and authenticity.

How it works

This is a 6 session / 7 hour coaching programme held over Zoom. Sessions can be held weekly, bi-weekly or monthly and you can start whenever you're ready - whatever suits you and your schedule.

Pre-work: When you register for the programme I'll send you a Learning & Reflection e-book. This will enable you to get the best from the programme and track your progress and learning.

You'll also receive a link to complete your Cappfinity Strengths Profile.

Session 1 (90 mins)

Be ready to make an impact

You'll know how to make an impact in your first 90 days in your new role and create an action plan to ready to put into practice.

Session 4 (60 mins)

Develop your Leadership Network

 

You'll know who you need to build and maintain relationships with, and how to do it strategically and authentically using your strengths and values.

Session 2 (90 mins)

Discover your Strengths

You'll discover your personal and career strengths, learn how they help you, understand how to talk about them and get clarity on what's essential in your next role.

Session 5 (60 mins)

Learning & Reflection 1

 

A safe space for you to talk through and reflect on, what you've learned and achieved, and to plan what else you can do to enable your continued progress.

Session 3 (60 mins)

Know your Leadership style

You'll get clear on your leadership values and the behaviours you can harness and adapt. You'll learn to be confident in being authentically you, as a leader.

Session 6 (60 mins)

Learning & Reflection 2
