The contact information you provide via our website form ie first and last name, email address, telephone and / or mobile number.
The information, including your postal address, contained within any legal documentation such as a contract, between you and CompassHR.
The dates and number of hours of your coaching programme.
CompassHR will keep a record of any work you have undertaken or service you provided.
CompassHR will keep a copy of the invoices issued and received and, in the case of a supplier, your bank account information.
If you sign up to a blog or newsletter, CompassHR will keep a copy of your preference(s). You will be free to unsubscribe at any time.

How we get your personal information
Most of the personal information CompassHR processes is provided directly by you for one of the following reasons:
When you contact CompassHR through the website CompassHR either by completing the contact form or clicking on one of the links via ‘Contact me’, you provide us with your first and last name, telephone / mobile number and / or email address.
When you contact CompassHR by email, you provide your name, email address and any other information contained within ie telephone/mobile number, postal address.

HOW AND WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your information is encrypted and stored on the C Drive of Karen Felton’s laptop, backed up by an encrypted External Hard Drive and protected by Antivirus software.
It is held within Microsoft 365 for emails, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and Adobe Reader.
Access to your account is controlled by a password and a username that is unique to you.
Some information may be stored within a mobile phone app, for example Text messages, WhatsApp, Outlook email. The mobile phone is protected by biometric data.
How long CompassHR will retain your personal information and how it is destroyed
CompassHR keeps an electronic record which is regularly reviewed and information deleted when it is no longer necessary or relevant to retain it.
CompassHR will keep name and contact details for prospects for 1 year, within this electronic record.
If you subscribe to CompassHR's blog or newsletter, you will remain on the list until you unsubscribe.
Your data protection rights
